Whatever your query or requirement I would love to hear from you.  Whether you wish to call or email me directly or prefer to use the contact form alongside  I will always respond ASAP.  If you have not had a response from me within 48 hours please try again as I may not have received your communication. 

I always aim to accommodate your needs for your furry/fluffy family members.  Their health and well-being are my top priority and I will care for them as if they are my own.

 

Please see below for my terms and conditions:-

1.   Caroline reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time if the dog does not respond well to her and/or other dogs.
2. Cancellations - for cancellations of walks at least 48 hours notice is required and boarding at least 3 weeks notice is required.  If required notice is not given, charges will be applied in full for the cancellation period.
3. New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit for live in bookings of five or more days.
4. All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations.
5. All dogs must wear a collar and ID tag and their lead must be provided.
6. Caroline will apply personal judgement and cut short a walk if necessary because of extreme weather conditions ( ie. heat, storms) for the safety of both the dogs and herself.
7. I give permission for Caroline to take pictures of my pet/s to be used on the website and social media.
8. Caroline reserves the right to increase prices with prior notice to clients.
9. I give permission for Caroline to seek veterinary assistance should it be required for my pet while it is in her care.  I accept responsibility for any charges related to this emergency care.  I also authorise  Caroline to use an alternative veterinarian if my regular veterinarian is unavailable.  (Please note Caroline will try to contact you ASAP in the event of an emergency via the contact details provided).
10. Please note walks and boarding are to be paid for in advance or on the day.  Cancellations by the customer are required to be made as soon as possible via telephone directly to Caroline.  In the unlikely event that Caroline should have to cancel a booking this will be done ASAP via the contact telephone numbers provided by the customer.
